Absolutely avoid this company. Their compliance team needs serious help. Henry Schein sent a letter to my medical board because I ordered controlled substances. They caused me significant burden as if being a physician and keeping all the administrative and regulatory processes (DEA, Pharmacy Board, etc) in order wasn't enough. Bought expensive curing light, broken in about 2 years with very limited uses, no solution offered whatsoever, customer has to just take the loss. Bought bulk toothpaste, expiration date is in about 3 months, rep said it’s normal industry standards, walmart toothpaste has longer expiration dates than that, wouldn’t recommend to anyone.
overall experience with Henry Schein has been horrible 1/10.
I have only good things to say about the service I've received from Henry Schein. The Henry Schein company has assigned me a rep who actually answers her phone and makes sure that the orders go through smoothly and accurately (Thanks Patti M!). I've been pleased with their selection of medical supplies and the attention to detail. The customer service is outstanding.
