Terrible company. Always nickel and diming with each item. Overpriced, Dentrix is terrible. Wish I could give them 0 stars. Its a mature company so we can just hope that the decline has started. Please wise up Dentists and move away from dealing with this terrible company and their terrible reps. I hope every 1 star and every time they cheat their customers comes back to bite them 100x.
I put in a catalog request for for Three catalogs since I have any response I assume that they forget about it.
Absolutely avoid this company. Their compliance team needs serious help. Henry Schein sent a letter to my medical board because I ordered controlled substances. They caused me significant burden as if being a physician and keeping all the administrative and regulatory processes (DEA, Pharmacy Board, etc) in order wasn't enough. Bought expensive curing light, broken in about 2 years with very limited uses, no solution offered whatsoever, customer has to just take the loss. Bought bulk toothpaste, expiration date is in about 3 months, rep said it’s normal industry standards, walmart toothpaste has longer expiration dates than that, wouldn’t recommend to anyone.
overall experience with Henry Schein has been horrible 1/10.
