These guys are starting to go real down hill and how they provide assistance to us Dentists. Had them install some NSK handpieces which have been nothing but problems in how they installed them. They charged me for labor 2 1/2 months after to fix their own mistakes. I then had to get Benco to come out and fix that. Save yourself the headache as a dentist and use someone more reliable. Ordered a box of steroids from website for $50.54, only to get a bill for $127. Despite sending them pictures of their price on THEIR WEBSITE, they wouldn’t honor it. And NOW somehow after I shipped the box back to them and told them to keep it, I supposedly own $17.28 for god knows what…..will NEVER do business with them ever again. Gonna stick with McKesson, and you wonder why Henry’s is laying people off….

After more than 15 years as a loyal Dentrix customer, the way we have been treated is completely unacceptable. We initially paid more than $6,000 for the software and invested over $115,000 in equipment, in part to satisfy the requirements for the necessary licensing. Despite that substantial commitment, we suddenly received an email claiming that Dentrix was installed on more than the permitted 10 workstations and one server—and demanding an additional $260 for every workstation over that limit. charged me $21 for 6 months for a service i did not use (and i paid) but when i called to cancel, they would not write off the $21 final month. Will never use or suggest anyone use Henry Schein again.
