I showed up at 5:57 am for my 8 am appointment and was made to wait until 9:25 am before they called me for a dock. I watched many other trucks go before me. I left there at 10:14 am. There is no excuse for their horrible dock situation. These people do not care about truck drivers because if they did they would fix their docks. The docks are way too tight even for experienced drivers like me. It took me 23 minutes to get in my dock. Interesting place
You can call or use the intercom to check in. The intercom didn't work for me (maybe no one was home) but I saw a Fedex use it. Took about 45 minutes to unload almost a full trailer. It is a tight back but manageable. It seems they schedule the deliveries so there aren't many trucks in the unloading bays at the same time. You will see lots of LTL guys. It was only me and one other OTR driver here.
