I had an issue in my office and needed a sterilizer and I called Paul Brown for his help. He was very professional, followed up with me and provided all of the support I needed for the sale. Very well done, almost 2 steps ahead of me and that doesn't happen often. I was finally able to concentrate on dentistry. I blinked and the sterilizer was set up and half way through its first trial run! They came by the office a week later for a quick checkup on the sterilizer. Very seamless, highly recommend!
