Absolutely a joke. Their billing is the 21st of the month and the statement usually arrives on the first of the next month. It is then due by the 7th. Odds are with the mail and a weekend you can plan on late charges. Just another money making scam by a huge company. I stayed away from them for years, Until they purchased a small company that I used. Now I have to look for someone else because I’m not gonna play their stupid games.

TECH SUPPORT STAFF IS VERY HELPFUL, AND AVAILABLE WHEN NEEDED.
Henry Schein prides themselves on providing great customer service, convenience to their customers, and low prices for medical supplies. My experience with them throughout the years is that they provide none of those things. Every time I make a purchase there is either an issue of them cancelling half my order with no communication or them charging my card incorrectly seven different times, for products that are usually triple the price. Would not recommend doing business with them not worth the hassle it’s become.
