Dentrix Ascend Live 5 goes down almost daily. We are unable to schedule, chart, post collections, or present treatment. Adding insult to injury or "Success Manager", ignores our calls and emails. They readily admit there is a problem, but give no tangible next steps to fix this ongoing issue. They are charging for a premium product and delivering a unreliable one at best. It seems that after a year in, we are going to have to train our entire staff on a new software.
