What a great company. I appreciate the support that I received from the Company and particularly Jeremy Johnson at the St.Louis Office. We had a rogue tech that was double billing us and repairing our equipment in HIS GARAGE when we thought it was being sent to the Henry Schein ProRepair. This tech would then bill me through himself then through Schein. Once the company found out they made things right for us, and rebuilt our Autoclave that was damaged by this EXPERIENCED TECH of 18 years, for no charge. I understand that so... read more
