Very dishonest people.
Not good! Once the order is placed, the salesperson failed to follow up! Not a single site visit before the order was placed. Insisted to get total payment before the full install.

30 years in this industry. HS has gone downhill trying to be a mogul Buying up so many various platforms, unable to properly supoort them, intergrate them, and they charge way way more then competitors, just way more then they should during these awful growth phases, zero apologies for all the lost revenue offices loose in downtime with their products.
