I arrived the day before my appointment because the appointment that I had was an open appointment from 06:00am to 18:00. So I assumed that on the day before drop off hours would be the same. They refused the load and said to come back the following day at 06:00am. Why have a 12 hour block to drop off if you stop accepting loads at noon. Anyway, also be aware that they have two trucker entrances about 30 yards apart for receiving and you don’t know which one to use until they tell you, go to the other check in door.
