My father was in an assisted living facility for a very short time but a nurse thought my father needed Hospice and sent forms to Dr. Reeds office and the reply was “NOPE” in caps. Very professional👎. When confronting his office the nurses reply was he didn’t read it all(nice huh). Needless to say my father passed away a few days later(on Mother’s Day).
