Don’t bother showing up at the time your scheduled the appointment you just gonna sit for an extra hour in the waiting room anyway
I called their office to schedule an appointment. Dr. Kurzydlowski called me back & we spoke for about 15 min on current pain, how it started, treatment, best treatment for my type of pain, etc. Ultimately, Dr. K suggested a university hospital for my type of pain. Extremely nice & honest. Dr. K took the time to speak to me, talk about my issue & make a great suggestion, without me being a patient. That is incredibly rare today. Had a procedure done with Dr. Henry and there was no follow up. I was in extreme pain, could not sleep due to the pain and was under major distress. The office avoided my calls and disregarded my symptoms. The office staff, especially Agnes were of no help. I could not lift my arm or turn my neck and they expected me to come in after the big snow storm, however my car was buried under four feet of snow.
