Contractor and myself contacted Henry Poor multiple times on multiple days to request pick up of leftover project materials that were blocking a section of driveway (15+ foot cedar boards, pallet of bagged concrete). Partial pick up occurred + trash was left in my yard by HP. Had to harass our contractor to harass his HP rep to get it done. Not a Henry Poor fan; and as I told the rep who finally showed up--I'll be "mouthy" about that opinion w/n my network.
Awesome guys/gals always willing to go the extra mile to take care of customers!
5 STARS! Great prices, quality products on top of the friendly and knowledgeable staff. Plus, they do free lunches open to all customers and vendors on the last Friday of the summer months. CHECK THEM OUT!

My go to for all my lumber needs. Hands down best in the business.
Henry Poor lumber is one of our customers, nice place, seems very busy.
This "Company" accepted our return, put the product back into stock to re-sell, and then has since refused to issue as a refund for said product. The "manager" Jeff indicated that it is against their policy and there was nothing he could do. Thus, they have kept the returned product, likely re-sold some of it, and will give us no refund or credit. Poor Business 101. Will share our experience with all of our friends, neighbors, co-workers, and others.
