My husband Walter was a patient of Dr Moore's. He received Botox for excessive drooling - worst thing for a Parkinsons patient. He has been getting bills from University of Miami for the procedure, but unfortunately he passed away. I've called the office staff and faxed a death certificate but they still are sending me notes. They want to send him to collections even though he's dead!
The DR is excellent took his time explaining and answering questions we were very happy to finally find a Dr to keep working with, BUT the waiting time was ridiculous be prepare don’t know why if they work with appointments only this happens, just making the initial appointment was a struggle waiting for an opening, that’s why we stayed and waited ,advice be ready to wait 😕
