Got an oil change at Firestone in Kansas City, Kansas that mechanic didn't seal the oil filter properly. By the time I got to Henry's I had almost no oil. Henry's was able got me in on a packed day, and on my way in a short time to get me to California to visit family.
Got thigs done in mannerly time very friendly worke and ordered what I needed. Nick Walls does a great job he takes his job very seriously . Clint at front desk does a great job too love working with these group of ppl
Took my truck in for Air Conditioning not working. The shop diagnosed the problem and properly repaired a leak and recharged the system. The total cost was just a fraction of what I feared, worst case scenario. The wait time to get this work done was 2-3 weeks out but worth the wait. This shop is building a good reputation for honesty, fairness and professionalism.
