Horrible experience, I will never go back!!! I took my mom there for a checkup and had to wait 2 hours to be seen. Never received her test results (it has been over a month) and left five messages for a prescription and no phone call back. This is a complete failure for senior care. The lack of care from this practice compelled me to write this review.
I’ve been a patient of Dr. Merola since 2017. He’s a very busy doctor with many patients, but that’s because everyone can see the value of his care. He has helped me a great deal, and I hope to continue seeing him for many years to come.
I waited from 11:15 to 1:45 — two and a half hours — and I still haven’t seen the doctor. I’ve been waiting on an empty stomach. This is such a waste of time! With this kind of medical service, even if you’re healthy, the wait alone could make you sick. It shows a total lack of respect for the patient’s time. I’ve decided to switch to a primary doctor at a different practice.
this is patient christian frelinghuysen are you really trying to make me come in for a 4th visit & make me wait over 2 hrs to not send my weight to insurance cuz u want me to pay out of pocket ? i will sue u if u do not handle my wegovy situation im not waiting my time at this doctors office anymore they can go scree themselves
Dr. Merola is an exceptional doctor who is both caring and respectful. He takes the time to answer my questions thoroughly, ensuring I fully understand his explanations. His extensive medical expertise is invaluable to his patients. Without a doubt, Dr. Merola is the best doctor I have ever met.
