I waited from 11:15 to 1:45 — two and a half hours — and I still haven’t seen the doctor. I’ve been waiting on an empty stomach. This is such a waste of time! With this kind of medical service, even if you’re healthy, the wait alone could make you sick. It shows a total lack of respect for the patient’s time. I’ve decided to switch to a primary doctor at a different practice.

Excellent,Dr Merola and his staff of course, Dr.Merola I find is easy to talk to about any issue and he will take the time to explain in a very thorough manner. The new office seems to be moving nice and smoothly , I’d recommend!
