As a health care worker don’t even waste your time coming here if your sick you will not be seen this place I don’t know if they short staff but they need to get it all the way together this is not good nowadays I feel like the staff getting under paid that’s why they don’t care that much this is not good I sit here with my baby until the next day and still no one came only good thing blood work and vitals was done to cover their butt I’m just sick of this nonsense going on in the healthcare system when is someone gonna spea... read more
Terrible !!! If I could rate it a zero I would. My family and I are new to the area , so I am not familiar with the area hospitals. Very unprofessional front desk staff. Took my daughter there for migraine and pain radiating down the side of her body, to sit for nearly four hours and never be seen. They did register her after an hour wait then another hour to do vitals to seat us back in the waiting area. Front desk staff were loud, rude to patients, eating , not something you should see in a hospital. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME!!
This is the WORST emergency department ever and I’ve been here twice! The first time they had me waiting 7 HOURS to be seen when I had a life threatening illness. Refused to take my pain seriously and caught attitudes when I asked maybe twice when I can be seen because the amount of pain I was in was NOT NORMAL. Surgical department could not be beat but the emergency room was a disaster. My daughter was sent by her surgeon with chest pain radiating down her left arm just days after surgery fearing a blood clot. They left her in the waiting room and called her back for testing just to sit her back in the waiting room. The staff had a few cordial members but most were unhelpful and abrasive. I guess only certain people can get ice or water. The guy at the front desk, (young white) has no shame. I should’ve covered up my French accent.
