Very good no complaints!!
I have an extremely complicated patient history & I've always found Dr Henry & staff to be very knowledgeable, considerate, and exceedingly compassionate in their dealings with me. They've an excellent & easy to use portal/phone app, in which you have access to every single record on file. He is decidedly quick to reply to emails personally. If I've ever had to wait in office, it's countered by the fact that he never rushes me through my own appointment. I highly recommend Dr Mark Henry!
The staff here is the worst customer experience you will ever have. I called in to see my Dr. with a non life threating emergency and was told by Emily the scheduler that it would be a week before I could see the doctor. Dr. Henry is a great doctor but I have literally never been treated friendly with the staff nor is it easy to work with scheduling for this office. I would suggest to Dr. Henry that he gets his staff some customer service training before all the patients leave.
