Mr. Simmons handled a divorce case for me. We agreed on a flat fee if case went to JURY trial. If not, there would be a refund. Not only did case not go to jury, it was not even decided by Judge. It was settled in mediation that I and Ex paid for. Now, he will not refund part of fees paid, will not answer phone calls or Emails. He seems like such a nice man, but beware, his ethics are self serving. I DO NOT recommend.
