Bought 3 brand new American Standard toilets, 1 was fine, 2 were defective, meaning the mold was defective and would not work properly. I can't say enough good things about Henry K&B, Des Peres and its store manager Shannon. We had a holiday-time dishwasher emergency, and after being strung along for a month by another dealer, Shannon got it done within 24 hrs. She also set us up with an awesome network of plumbers, hvac guys and electricians. The best retail experience I've had in recent memory.
I stopped by to see if I could get a quote on a bathroom vanity. Two women there..... didn't seem to want to help but one said she would show me items. Promised a quote to my email and never heard from her ......so sad
