Dr. Henry Weiss was assigned to be my doctor when I was admitted to Bayfront Brooksville Regional Hospital on 10/5/2017. I was brought in by EMS. I had nausea, vomiting and diarrhea, I had this for 3 day's at home. I had fallen several times at home. I had an open cut above my right eye no care was given to that no stiches or butterflys were used to close it. I also have a right broken hand, again no care was given to that.
