The staff was so nice. Dr. Elsner was very friendly and took his time explaining everything to me in detail.
Dr. Elsner has always taken the time to listen to everything I say to try to figure out what may be going on with my back. He has never dismissed what I say or made me feel like an old lady who will just have to learn to live with my aches & pains. He is such an asset.
This is the second time I have needed Dr Elsner's care. In this age of minimal care from providers, I can always count on 1st rate care from Dr Elsner. He listens carefully, is very sympathetic to my problems, makes a plan and follows through. He actually looks me in the eyes when talking to me!! You might wait a bit to see him, but when you are in his presence, you understand why. DR ELSNER is a 1st rate physician and Greensboro is lucky to have him here!!!
Dr. Elsner takes his time with his patients and is very through. At this time we are going to try Phyical Therapy which I am all for. My only regret is that I wish I had made a follow up appointment.
