I’m not usually stoked about going to the dentist but going to Dr. Ferdman is totally painless. He and his staff are very sensitive to my needs and he always answers my questions thoroughly. The receptionist is super nice and all the staff are very welcoming and make me feel comfortable. I never have to wait long to be seen and my appointments are always efficient. They’re usually over before I know it! If you need to go to a dentist, this is the man to see.
Dr Henry Ferdman of Babylon’s bedside manner leaves a lot of room for patient care; in my experience his patient care was null! Tone quite frank with you, a four year old has more compassion with their teddy bears than Dr. Ferdman, D.D.S. has demonstrated towards his patients. If possible I would leave zero star review, but under the current system understand he treated me so poorly I wouldn’t be surprised if he treated you all poorly as well. When I went to my appointment, I saw him belittling and treating a woman who was obviously so distressed rudely. I hope someone treats him as unkindly as he treated that woman.
