Nightmare of a doctor. He gave me a two minute long exam. Didn't listen to anything I said nor my symptoms. I cannot believe people like that are allowed to practice medicine. This was hands down my worst experience with NorthShore urgent care.
Dr Giacinto was rude, condescending, and completely dismissive of my concerns. He barely gave me an exam and just wanted me out as fast as possible. I will make sure that I never see him again.
Had a terrible experience wirh Dr. Henry Giacinto. He completely dismissed my concerns about my child and even insinuated I had been in urgent care to many times. Bottom line, my child is now admitted to the hospital only hours after seeing this doctor for the symptoms and issues the doctor simply dismissed. Very disappointing.
