These reviews are not accurate and the owner of this business had to have begged for them. Horrible customer service from a disrespectful person. After he disrespected me multiple times and suggested that I couldn’t afford his ridiculous and bloated price service, he sabotaged my unit prior to leaving. I know this bc the next service person (who finished the work for substantially lower the price) told me this. Not to mention, he failed to fully diagnose the issues with my unit. Our home water heater broke on memorial day weekend and was leaking and making a weird noise. I contacted Henry hoping that his business was open although it was a holiday. He answered my call and was quick to come service our water heater. I highly recommend his services.
Our gas fireplace was not able to be ignited and we need it to be fixed urgently since we are selling the house. When we contacted Mr. Henry Guzman, he responded very quickly and arrived at our house within 2 hours of the initial call. The diagnoses took a little long but he did find the problem and fixed the issue. He explained the details and also tested a couple of times to confirm and make sure it works well. Henry is reliable and punctual. He briefly explained us how to determine issues on A/C and figured our the cause in a hour. I am SO grad that I could find him. Would recommend to anyone who needs A/C repair.
I opened my stove door and immediately smelled gas. I contacted Washington Gas who immediately dispatched a technician to check out the situation. The technician from Washington Gas noticed a small flex leak and turned the gas off @ my stove.
