I am extremely frustrated with this office. I began calling at 9:00 am regarding a medication refill and did not get ahold of anyone until 1:44 pm. During that time, I was transferred multiple times, sent to voicemail, and ultimately only spoke with the receptionist. I was told the doctor was in surgery and that an urgent message would be sent, but that it might not be addressed and could take up to two weeks.
