Came in after calling into work feeling sick, doctor ordered a covid test. My problem is they call themselves “Same Day” care, and they told me it would take 1-2 days to get my results. That’s not same day where I’m from. They claim they don’t do rapid tests. AFTER charging me $35 and testing me I learn all this. I then go to a non henry ford urgent care / walk in, and they (MedPlus) run a rapid covid test. Results done in 15 minutes - positive for covid. Also I wasn’t charged a dime here. They even suspected sinus infection... read more
Don't go here if you have Medicaid absolutely useless
Lance was awesome! He came in and gave me his full attention. Answered all my questions and asked if I had anymore. I was in and out in no time (script sent to my pharmacy). All the employees were awesome and seemed to care how I felt.
