I went in today for an ultrasound and the woman who did it was an absolute angel and made me feel so comfortable. I unfortunately didn’t catch her name, but she was awesome. She had blonde hair with black underneath! I just want her to know that she made a nerve wrecking situation so calming and we need more people like you. Thank you!
Anthony and Diane were a God send. I was nervous for the procedure but they both went absolutely above and beyond including calling my neurologist to make sure the test codes were accurate when indeed they were not, Diane's experience and effort made sure I was taken care of. She definitely went the extra mile. Pleaseeee take five minutes to pat them both on the back. These are the types of employees you need to keep around. So thankful for them both. It took a week to get my biopsy scheduled, and I only got the call after trying to schedule somewhere else and them reaching out to this location to get imaging they had. It's been 9 business days since my biopsy. I was told 3-5 business days for my results that are not in yet. I can't get a hold of anyone that knows anything about it. Just rings and rings and disconnects. I should've went with my other option.
