Never had any problems with any of the Henry Ford radiology locations (Main Campus, Fairlane, Wyandotte).
If i could give the radiology dept a zero i would! I had a CT scan appt for 8:30am. I was told No caffeine for 24 hours. Hard for me to do but did it. Took off work! Got there and they told me yesterday the machine broke!! And no one called me!! I told the tech i didn't want to reschedule just a refund! To say I was mad was an understatement. Then, I get two emails that the tech rescheduled me ten minutes after my appointment in detroit, and then another appt 3 hours in fairlane again! Unbelievable!! I will never go back the... read more
Im pretty sure that they scare you into getting more tests done just to charge your insurance company for the procedure. I just had my first mammogram a few weeks ago, and of course they found something "suspicious". They called me back for further imaging and now they want to do a biopsy. I did my own research, and based on what they found, there is only a 2-10% chance that I actually have cancer. They got you all upset and make you think you're fatally ill, when it turns out that there's a 90% chance that your fine. I don'... read more
