JULIE T is the most condescending degrading person to deal with at Henry ford mri chesterfield. Beware of her! Very aggressive when just asking screening questions, very snarky and gave attitude with just asking my fiance the reason why he is here. Unnecessary behavior to have at an mri facility. (10/29) today is when she was working. Someone needs to be aware that patients that come across her path are not met with compassion and empathy.
I was able to be called back within 5 mins of my arrival time. I was then greeted by Esther and Justin, who were both so kind and informative; they answered all of my questions and understood that I have ADHD and Anxiety! The tests were also over super quickly, so that was a major bonus! Thank you all! ❤️
