Kudos to the staff in Radiology at The Henry Ford Breast Care Center on West Rd. in Brownstown, Michigan. They are all excellent extraordinary professionals who take great care of their patients. Dr. Jaisy Jacob and Dr. Gaudette are fine examples of the best doctors in their profession. Nurses Kylie and Shawna are kind and helpful. You will not receive better treatment and results anywhere. I highly recommend the medical professionals at this facility.
Great facility and staff but the time it takes to get results for a simple X-ray is absolutely ridiculous. If it’s not urgent and you have the option to use someone else… I urge you to seek a different facility all together.
This is a beautiful well-run facility!
Technicians at this facility were phenomenal. However, my complaint is specifically with Henry Ford Health billing. They fraudulently code procedures as diagnostic instead of preventative to ensure they collect more money. Instead of having free check up as per my insurance coverage, I was stuck with $650 bill for what should have been a preventative mammogram.
