This pharmacy has really good prices, even for OTC stuff, and availability of some specialty medications. But they are not yet actually part of Henry Ford public facing system, so you can't see your Rxs in any kind of phone OR web app, to easily schedule refills. Their automated phone system also won't let you refil over the phone until the after the date you last picked up, and they won't refil until after 31 days. Most pharmacies will refil as soon as insurance allows, usually 30 days, which lets you build up a week or so ... read more

I recently visited Ascension Michigan Pharmacy, and I cannot express how grateful I am for their exceptional service. They went above and beyond to help me get my prescription filled. Oza, in particular, was amazing. She took the initiative to call my doctor's office and made sure everything was sorted out smoothly. She was also patient, kind, and caring. I called today to get an update on my AscensionRX transfer request to have my prescriptions sent over after setting up my employee account. The woman who answered the phone was so rude. I wanted to know if they had the medication in stock due to other pharmacies not having it in stock.
