I always have such a great experience at this Henry Ford Pharmacy thanks to Janee and Patrese. They are so sweet, kind, and patient every time I come in. They truly go above and beyond to make sure I’m taken care of. When my insurance stopped covering my vitamin D, Janee took the time to look into it further. I told her it was fine and not to worry about it since it was only a difference of about $8, but she was insistent on figuring out the issue and even worked with the pharmacist to match the price I had been paying befor... read more

I’ve read a lot of reviews where people complain about wait times. I’ve only ever experienced on time prescriptions and clear communication. Walgreens, cvs, rite aid… all terrible compared to Henry ford. They’ve never done me wrong. Highly recommended

Doctor sent my prescription a day before, yet when I arrived I was told “15 minutes” and ended up waiting almost an hour. This has happened more than once. The communication is very poor, and the wait times are not accurate. The staff were also not friendly or professional. When it comes to medication, people deserve better service and clearer information. Not recommended at all

The Technicians want to be doctors but they are not. So when you get there to pick up your prescription, they won't have it ready and will ask you why you need it. Then they will cancel it. Even though they've been filling it for two years....
