I had a very disappointing experience with Henry Ford Pharmacy in Chesterfield. Before transferring all of my family’s prescriptions there, I specifically asked if our medications would be refilled automatically when they were due. I was assured that they would. When it was time for a refill, I called and was told that I had to request the refill myself.
