Everyone here was fantastic, and extremely welcoming! From the front desk to the optometrist, everyone made me feel like they were excited to have me there. great glasses selection and even greater service 10/10.
I made an appointment online, & accepted a text message appointment reminder for Saturday at 10 AM. I arrived and was told they didn’t have an appointment. I showed the receptionist my text message and he said ‘oh we will fit you in.’ He said we don’t have any Appointments right now so I’ll get you right in. I watched three people go in before me and after waiting an hour, I walked out.
I have been going to this location henry ford optimeyes in milford mi for years and Dr Fariba Hickinson has been my doctor for years and her service because she has found something wrong with my eyes and refer to the specialist and the staff in the showroom were very polite and helpful to understand to get new glasses and they were very knowledgeable and I wouldn't change optometrist.
