Excellent customer service.
Had a visit in over 6 yrs at HF OptimEyes in Milfod MI yesterday for a regular eye exam. Everyone in this office was very kind and helpful. Surprisingly there was little vision change and actually was better than 6yrs ago. I saw Dr Alexander Groth who was very engaging in conversation and in no rush to end the appt. He took time with me in all the information and questions asked. I then saw Annie to pick out my glasses. First time going to an eye exam so didn’t know what to expect since I’ve never had prescription glasses or eye issues before. This first time visit was an extremely pleasant experience from walking inside to leaving about 45 minutes later. Very customer service friendly and well staffed.
