I've been going to Optimeyes for more than 10 years. All the doctors I've met are amazing and nice. But today I went to take my son to check his eyes, and our doctor was Kim H Le. She was so mean and she doesn't know how to communicate with kids. She tried putting eye drops in his eyes and since he was blinking too much she got very mad at him. I will never ever go back to her, she's horrible.
Where do i start, i had to walk out of an appointment 2 years ago as I was still waiting for someone to start the process of my eye checkup during a week day 45 minutes into my appointment. Now I go back assuming things are different to check if they can help get prescription on my wifes sunglasses. There were three staff members including the Manger staring at their monitors, not one cares to greet us. transferred multiple times in a 29 minute window to make an appointment for my son who has extreme eye pain. Rep advised the earliest she could see my son is next week! I advised her how much pain he is in and she transferred me to the front desk, who couldn't accomodate me. I will NEVER revisit. SVS Vision has earned a new customer.
