The office supposedly opens at 7:30. There is a telephone number on the door where you should call if you have to wait more than 10 minutes. I called the number, left a message. Nobody returned the call. I called again after another 15 minutes, and nobody answered. This place might be great when they’re open. I’d just advise not to go in the morning if you need to be someplace. It seems likely that you’ll be waiting.
Extremely rude customer service. I really enjoy feeling welcome and I felt like I was a complete burden. I will go to another office next time
Dropped my wife off for a blood test.
Jenekia was very nice. Very helpful with procedural information for the sample I'm supposed to collect at home. She also found a lab closer to home to drop my sample specimen to. That was very nice of her to tell me that option so I didnt have to drive all that way back for a drop off. It is quite a little drive. Thanks for going that extra mile so my drive wasn't! 🤗!
