This ER dept of nurses needs to be taught bed side manners and common respect when interacting with patients. Melissa whom was working in the ER dept on 02/19/25 approximately between the hours of 3pm-5pm has zero bedside manners. No communication, long wait times. Nurses are rude. You would be better off going to a different hospital.

On 1-14-2025 I had a mammogram at Henry Ford, Brownstown. My concern is safety and privacy. After registering in the lobby, I was escorted thru the security door to the mammogram imaging area. The waiting room, adjacent to the room where you disrobe, had a man sitting using his phone. The connecting door to the dis-robe room was open so the man could easily see in. Brought my son here for abdominal pain with back pain. Thinking it’s a kidney stone. Been here quite awhile nothing has been said to me yet. I had to ask the security to turn down there internet volume. You couldn’t even hear the TV in the waiting room. I was thanked by another family. I’m sure the security guard couldn’t hear anything. I guess they don’t believe in updating the family. I’m still sitting here no communication what so ever. I thought HFHS believed in communication. Guess not.
