not professional, lazy , I do not recommend that hospital if you are a black American,
Sonja in the lab is outstanding! So professional yet kind. Techs always have trouble with my veins but not Sonja. I barely felt it. Thank you for making my appointment pleasurable!
I'd give more than 5 stars if I could. I had to bring my daughter in for some bloodwork. She's 13 and struggles with a fear of needles, as many others do. She had to fast prior to the blood test so we were anticipating that the lack of food coupled with her aversion to needles might make for a difficult experience. We were lucky enough to have Dominic help us. He offered to use a smaller needle, joked with my daughter to keep her mind off the procedure, and checked in on her often. Had a spine and pelvis xray 9-14. 10am. I’m still in pain , while I wait the results. I’ve been coming here for years, never takes this long. I’ve called 2xs was told they are backed up 2 weeks. Really. I guess I should go elsewhere.
