Seems like compassion is hard to expect. Especially when staff books your pregnancy visit and sends out a confirmation email and when you arrive to the appointment they tell you oh we don't take your insurance. This is after placing me on hold multiple times to find a doctor then book and only thing they can say is sorry it was a mistake. Patient care has made a huge turn for the worst and this facility has lost all empathy for patients.
Friendly and fast check in service. I was treated with respect. And I felt comfortable during my procedure which I truly appreciated. Thank you Henry Ford customer service.
Slowest move waste of time go to beaumont so much faster
