Months to get an appt. No emergency appts ever available. 12 min hold time to have someone answer call. The dr is fabulous but you have to schedule at least 6 months in advances
Very rude staff. Very poor management of office. Doctors don't have good bedside manners I don't recommend this place.
I've been a patient at this practice for 15 years. First was with Jan Weatherly (amazing), then when I was pregnant switched to Dr. Levin (also amazing), then after they were both gone, switched to Dr. Pulito (only saw her once and now she's gone, too). Doctors, amazing, staff… absolutely not… Heather and Laura have hung up on me on multiple occasions when simply trying to get an appointment for post partum issues. I will be finding a different office unfortunately. Get better staff, I’m sure the doctors aren’t even aware of how the front office is treating patients..
