Doctors, amazing, staff… absolutely not… Heather and Laura have hung up on me on multiple occasions when simply trying to get an appointment for post partum issues. I will be finding a different office unfortunately. Get better staff, I’m sure the doctors aren’t even aware of how the front office is treating patients..
I've been coming to the practice for many years, as of last year Dr. Levin has left the office and Dr. Kobold had stepped in, I made an appointment, had to wait 5 months to get in, once my appointment arrived, instantly knew she was an amazing Dr. Had to set my next appointment 4 months out so April 4th. I received a call yesterday 3/26 from a different office letting me know she was no longer part of their "group". They said I then had to wait till at least August to get into see anyone else, and would not offer me any othe... read more
My doctor is amazing! Staff is not, not helpful and very rude. They always ask patients to wear a mask but they have their masks under their chin and noses, when I walk in they put them up. Make it make sense? Had trouble with my prescriptions being sent to my pharmacy either. If I could switch OBGYN offices I would in a heart beat.
