The handicap buttons don’t work! Very cruel considering the populations served here.
Front desk and office manager are near impossible to get ahold of. Office manager does not return calls in a timely fashion. This facility practices fraudulent billing practices. Will charge extra visit fees without ever disclosing.
Monique is the best medical assistant I ever had! Her energy is amazing, she made me feel so calm through my procedure, the world needs more workers like her!
