I don't mind the long wait, I get it, there are people with all kinds of problems in front of me and you can't always get done within 15 minutes. However I see a doctor 8 minutes a year for my yearly physical. So when you do walk into my room, I want the doctors attention. 7 and half of those 8 minutes Dr. Heitmann didn't even look at me. Either he was face in the computer or he was opening the door looking for a nurse? Either way, I'm going to go to a different doctor who is going to treat me like a person. Have been days without my medication and I called to try to ask for refills and even mention it on video visit in still have nothing I had to call after hour nurse to get it refilled. I am a diabetic and it seems like they do not care if I go without medication and are not prompt whatsoever.
Oh where to start with this one.. I was a new patient, I had the change physicians. I came to visit Doctor Heitmann and immediately as soon as he entered the room he didn't even introduce himself he just started touching my body from my back and my chest and my stomach to my sides and made a comment that I smelled like urine even though I took a shower that morning and applied deodorant. all I did was give a list to the nurse of all the medications I was on and immediately after he started touching me he started talking abou... read more
Started out good when I first started coming here. Now their office staff is making mistakes that are costing me money. Doctor shunned off one of my health concerns & doesn' lsten. Doctor is trying to assume people have emotional, mental, and stress issues we can't handle when he has spent 15 total min. Aw/ them them in 6 visits. Who the helll these days doesn't? I also agree with an earlier post. Doctor should not be trying to preach god.
Called and scheduled a physical . Got billed for office visit with bogus notes and charged me for out of pocket expenses . Will go out of my way to find myself and my family another Dr. Office
