I had initially written a poor review and then removed it thinking I could give them the benefit of the doubt. After a second visit within a week, the experience was the same. Aggressive and rude staff with those coming in- trying to enforce unwritten rules, accusing children of stealing snacks from the vending machine. I wasn't going to share this experience at Henry Ford 19 mile but, having heard others stories from this same location, I felt like I needed to share for anyone who may need to go to the ER.. you might double think this ER after what I have to say...
