this was our first time using this Henry Ford lab. we usually go to the Ford Rd Lab or the Henry Ford cancer center lab... both wonderful. everyone here was rude and insensitive. the receptionist acted like we were a bother, then the technician asked him for his date of birth. he is currently unable to speak so he showed her on the stickers they printed. she made him come back out to the waiting area to get his ID (he has a hard time walking right now too). then she was even more rude because he was, understandably, frustrat... read more
