Terrible service. I called in order to get an estimate (self pay) for a lab test. Secretary proceeded to ask if I was sure I was calling the right location because she had nothing to do with insurance in a very condescending way. I explained I was contacting the lab closest to me and she again said “well this is Detroit what can I help you with”. I said well thank you I’ll call somewhere else and heard her sighing on the phone before I hung up. Just not right…
Very quick service on my blood draw compared to the main hospital a couple miles away.
