Some people simply should not work in customer service, and the woman handling check-in at this lab is one of them. She was rude, disrespectful, impatient, dismissive, and carried a very unpleasant attitude. No one should have to encounter that kind of behavior. Whether she was having a bad day or this is her usual demeanor, she needs to be reassigned to a non-customer-facing position or let go entirely. The employee who take blood out of patient are not very pleasant and not nice. They are very rude and they don’t smile and they always have a face that scares people .They need to be more pleasant doing their job taking blood of someone is already a very. stressful situation for patient be more nicer and more professional with patient
Went Saturday morning, about 11:30 AM. No wait time, workers were pleasant; for that they get 2 stars. However, the employees are not well educated on lab policy and procedure. This oversight has caused me to have another set of labs drawn during the week (which I cannot do due to my work schedule.)
