I am someone who is terrified of blood draws. This place really eased my mind! These ladies know what they are doing. Thank you Yvonne for the quick and easy lab work!! Will be coming back.
Monday March 17, 2025. Website says lab is open until 7PM. Called to verify, can't speak to a person but automated message says for hours check the online info. Ok, so I drive there at 5:30. There is nobody at the lab and a nicely printed sign at the front desk says "Today we close at 5PM". Appalling incompetence and lack of respect for patients.
Set it up with a few hiccups regarding my insurance and some updated information that I was aware of, but Miss Tracy was super helpful
Lab Tech the male who answers the phone needs to be fired. Rude and hangs up on people. Feel free to listen to the recorded calls that's if they are recorded. As well as every-time I walk in to Henry Ford on Telegraph Bloomfield Township, the girls at the front desk right by physical therapy are always on their cellphones texting and talking about crazy things. Like seriously.... who do you hire now a days? I did not know you could play and talk on your cell phones on company time. Look at the cameras as you will see as well... read more
