I would rate 0 stars if possible. My appointment was scheduled 3 months ago. Although frustrating, I figured it was worth the wait since I heard good things. A week before my appointment I get a MyChart notification saying that my appointment has been rescheduled another 3 months out. No one had the courtesy to even call me and ask if it was ok that I’d have to wait another 3 months or explain to me why my appointment was being rescheduled.
