The front staff seemed like I was bothering them from the moment I walked in the door. No greeting at all. Just, “sign in on the tablet.” Have you been here before? Have a sit. You have a copay. Go to room 2. When I was I the young lady from the reception desk, I not sure if she was receptionist, nurse, intern or what? Start taking down my symptoms on a Post-it note. Then walked out.
