They billed us twice for athletic physicals (due to their incorrect coding) and have made no efforts to correct their mistake. I would highly advise against visiting this office.
DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION HENRY FORD SO CALLED URGENTCARE!! !! I WAS REFERRED TO THE HFHS CANTON URGENT CAREFROM THE HFH CLINIC IN PLYMOUTH. I TOLD THE RECEPTIONIST THAT I CUT MY FINGER BADLY, AND I'M BELIEVING I NEED STITCHES, AND THAT I'M ON BLOOD CENTER. AND I JUST HAD A HEART ABLASION, DONE OF TWO MONTHS AGO. I LET HER KNOW THAT IT WAS MY THIRD BANDAGE THAT I WENT THROUGH A SHORT AMOUNT OF TIME.BECAUSE I'M BLEEDING QUITE A BIT. Pretty disappointed in the care. I understand that an urgent care doesn’t have all the tools for testing and treatment. But what they should have are providers who listen… after reviewing my after visit summary it was totally wrong. It feels like everything I said went in one ear out the other. It felt like I was just a bother to the whole staff when I was already in such a vulnerable state looking for help.
The Assistant was very friendly & professional at the same time. Dr was very attentive and went over and beyond dealing with the issue I was there for. Will definitely recommend this office again. I visited the Center in Canton,Michigan on Ford Rd.
