Very disappointed with my visit to this urgent care. The front desk staff was rude and dismissive, showing no concern for patients
I recently visited this urgent care and was very disappointed with the experience. The staff showed a noticeably unpleasant attitude, which made an already stressful situation even more difficult. As a patient, I expected compassion and professionalism, but instead felt dismissed and unwelcome. Urgent care should be a place where people feel supported, not judged. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and improves the way patients are treated.
Canton HF-GoHealth Urgent Care is wonderful. Lola is excellent. She is professional, and calming. Makes me feel like she is a real friend. Spencer was good, informative, and concerned about me. Thank you for having this Urgent Care available for me.
I was seen quickly by the NP, Izzy. He was thorough and kind. Very pleased with my experience.
A wonderful facility. Sparkling clean with a fabulous staff, and it handles many kinds of patient problems that need attention. They even administer X-rays which are read by a radiologist at Henry Ford and you get a diagnosis and given answers right while you wait. Lola and Ashley the medical assistants, and Deborah the provider were all friendly, kind and extremely competent. You can schedule online for a particular time, or just walk- in.
