Understandable this isn’t a pediatric center however but it was the only office open at the time and I needed help, they had horrible bedside manner. Terrible with communication about serious concerns, didn’t listen at all and didn’t even assess the patient. Not willing to explore any options when I was in a bind with my child being unable to eat about a month (a 6 month old) and basically kicked me out saying “you’re only here because you didn’t like the answer you got elsewhere” and that’s a quote from the doctors mouth. They were a good place to go to for a while, DR Rutt was great ( no longer works there) but recently since my wife and I were changing to a different health strategy. Her doctor found out and she canceled all my wife’s prescriptions without even telling her! she was down to her last couple of doses and had to scramble to get the new doctor to fill them. Also, Karen kept pushing certain drugs on my wife. I’m not saying she WAS getting kickbacks from those drugs companies, but she was upset when my wife wouldn’t go to the new ... read more

The doctor that seen me would be my choice of the doctor I would want to! But i heard she is leaving this office seems as though there has been a big turn over of staff here can we be open on why?
