Sitting in waiting room for 2 hrs. Then took vitals and sent us back to the waiting room. With the vomit bucket and all. 3 people have been taken in before us, had arrived after us. I’d be fine if they were worse off. They’ve already been discharged and sent home. All 3, and we’re in the lobby/waiting room vomiting.

Extraordinarily unbelievably great facility this will be my main for care from now on. It is very different from their hospital at 12 and Hoover, which as you go through you're attacked and rudely treated by two security officers wishing they could be with ice. BUT HERE, THIS FACILITY, what great care, very pleasant. Having several procedures done there everyone is extraordinarily friendly trust me, trust me, it's worth it to go out of your way to come here the 71-year-old veteran says bravo to whomever responsible for this ... read more

Richard Giovannini, DO is a HORRIBLE Dr. I went in today knowing I have a hernia, worried it was strangulated. Dr Giovannini totally dismissed my pain, didn't even order an appropriate test. I was basically given a Tylenol and told to follow up with my primary. HOW IS THIS POSSIBLE? i would LOVE for someone to go ahead and reach me on mychart. you know how to find me. I'M NOT HAPPY.
