Everyone was courteous and professional and I had zero wait time.
Had to go to ER yesterday and was dreading it because I have recently had very bad experiences with family members at other facilities. Service was fantastic from start to finish at this ER. Hope I don’t need to go again any time soon but would go to this facility again if needed.
Staff was compassionate and kind. I left feeling so much better.
Ask what was going on on with me , did an x-ray and found out that there was nothing there but serious upper respiratory infection. Went in nearby 11 got out of there by 12:30. Excellent job..
Henry Ford has the best doctors in the country. I was seen in the ER and the doctor was skilled along with being a remarkable person. Thanks for all you do for so many.
