I recently came here and had the worse experience I’ve ever had in an ER. Only good thing is that I was seen rather early. The ekg went well and the tech was nice. But then we get to everything else. It took 3+ nurses to take blood and put an iv in They even brought out an ultrasound to find the vein, but they were clearly not properly trained to use it. . If I could ZERO star this place I would. DO NOT go here for an emergency, especially after 5pm! No one could care less why I was there and they do not even have ultrasound or lifesaving equipment working after 5. Despite them being open with an Emergency Room sign! Unbelievable. I walked out of there and went to Troy Beaumont Hospital where I have always top notch care from caring people! This place is NOT a place of care. Dont bother.

It’s weird to say you love an emergency room but I do love this one. I went in April and saw Dory (Dorie?) and she quickly diagnosed me with appendicitis and managed my pain and a seamless transfer to where they did my surgery. I went again tonight with terrible dizziness and saw her again and she took great care of me. Experienced and reassuring. I literally never waited either time. Was admitted right way. Clean and kind.

This is honestly the best ER. I have had my mother here at least 5 times over the last 2 years and they are wonderful here.
